The Derby City AllStars Step Team proudly launched on February 3, 2026, under the dynamic leadership of coaches Milly Rock, Larie Love, and Ron. After extensive planning and waiting for the perfect moment, we introduced our first line of talented members, ready to bring our vibrant spirit to the forefront of the stepping world. We are more than just a step team; we are a movement destined to inspire and uplift, proudly representing Louisville, Kentucky.

Milestones and Magic (Meet Our Founder)
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, on July 30th, 1986, Coach Ron is a passionate and dedicated founder of the Derby City AllStars Brand and its head coach. With over 20 years of experience, he has been dancing and stepping since middle school, developing a profound love for the art form that has shaped his life and career.
Throughout his journey, Coach Ron has not only honed his skills as a dancer but has also embraced the role of mentor and coach to countless individuals. His commitment to nurturing talent and fostering teamwork has made a significant impact within the community. He is known for his ability to inspire and motivate his students, empowering them to reach their full potential. As the driving force behind the Derby City AllStars, Coach Ron proudly champions a new era for the DCA Step Team, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and excellence in performance.
His passion for dance and mentorship shines through in every practice and performance, solidifying his reputation as a beloved figure in the local dance community.
